Soy Felicia, textile designer and founder of Alo Textiles.
My relationship with the needle began at home: I grew up watching my relatives sew, embroider and knit with passion. That initial curiosity led me to sign up for classes more than 20 years, with the desire to perfect techniques and discover new ways to create.
At Alo Textiles I work with the Zakka style, that combines the functional with the aesthetic, always betting on natural fabrics such as linen and cotton. I firmly believe that handmade pieces transmit warmth and tell stories that go beyond a decorative object..
I like that anyone can feel capable of creating and developing autonomy in their projects.

More than a workshop, a community
What I enjoy most is see the evolution of my students: how a stitch becomes a project, how ideas emerge within the group and how each person finds satisfaction in what they create. That mix of creativity, community and emotion It's what motivates me to continue.
